Despite my sadness right now, I still somehow had time to think up a new drag name, should I ever give up the exciting life of a writer. I'd still keep it classy with a Shakespearean bent:

So I have a story due into an anthology on June 1st. I've been putting off writing it for a little bit, what with the release of Dead to Me and all... but for several reason, I just haven't gotten around to it.

I know what it's about. I know what characters from Dead To Me are making an appearance. I even know how it ends, but yet I haven't felt prepared to dive in and tackle the putting it together part.

Then I lose my darling Lizzie cat this weekend... and suddenly I have the makings of everything missing from the story I've been avoiding. You see, the story is about a man who has to make the tough decision to end the life of his pet. I think I know who this story is dedicated to now...

And universe? I appreciate the writing help and all, but I'd prefer to write from fiction and not by example..kthxbye!

Wow... the outpouring of sympathy a few posts back was truly overwhelming. I just wanted to let you all know how much it's helped me the past few days and helped ease the pain. Thank you.
