Dead To Me
Inspire me, my lovely friends.

What do you want to hear me piss & moan about over at League today people?  What do you want to know about writing/my elusive career/anything?

Also, the visual that pops to my mind when I use the phrase "piss & moan" always cracks me up.  I mean, really.. think about it.

The visual always makes me cross my legs with fear of some sort of venereal disease.

On writing related things...

How about how to plot? What is plot and how do you build one?
And how can you develop a simple plot into a complex plot?
I love complex and intricate plots but I don't know how to write them.

Or How do you keep track of all your notes, timelines, world building and other data for you work in progress?
I'm writing a fantasy novel and I'm now at a point where I'm having to remember a lot of details, plus keep track of three different timelines in the story. How do you keep track?

What is it like to travel to the different conventions, bookstore signings, etc and meet your readers. Have you met any readers that are a little "over the top"?

I like the idea above *points* about how you keep all the details straight when writing, to keep the continuity flowing!

your writerly how to: luring or grossing out your muse
the strout's optimum writing conditions... and of course the worst...
in terms of... well, location, location within location (like in bed at home? next to the window at the cafe? in the last car of the L train), sounds, smells (that cinnamon watermelon candle you always burn), foods (BEtter to be a little hungry?) time of day (after sex, before sex), deadline pressures, what you like to wear (thinking cap or thong?)... you know, etc
the more anton details the better...
